Samini Dagaati Album Launch 2009 – London

In 2009, Akosua curated and organised the first exclusive album launch party for MOBO Award-winner Samini to be held in London. As one of Ghana’s biggest music starts, Samini was backed by a live band to perform for an audience of top media, music executives and celebrity guests.

Channel U Awards 2005 – London

In 2005, Akosua co-produced music TV station Channel U’s Best of British awards. The show featured performances from 13 of the UK’s most biggest unsigned artists of the time, and was one of the first events to acknowledge new generation acts such as Dizzee Rascal, Estelle and Lethal B.
